Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail from Northern Ireland.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and are outside of our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Candy Revival cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and unused

  • The return must relate to damage during transit

  • Photo evidence of the damaged packaging must be provided

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The damaged product(s)

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for items that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged after delivery.


Refunds

All refunds are reviewed and approved solely by management.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
